How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
People who reach out to Discussel Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience phoning or messaging Discussel Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
Problems With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, raise it with the provider first. Keep a written record.
Tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. But Discussel Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.
How to File
Email contact@discussel.property and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you want
What Happens Next
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Satisfied?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed providers.
